☕️ Brew Good: Come Support Our Local Food Bank!

On September 22, the heart of Sacramento will beat a little stronger—and a little sweeter—as The Spillover opens its doors for a special fundraising event benefiting the local food bank. Guests are invited to sip, snack, and support neighbors in need, all while enjoying a cozy, community-driven atmosphere.

The event, dubbed “Brew Good: A Morning of Giving,” will feature a curated menu of pastries, specialty teas, and coffee drinks, with a portion of all proceeds going directly to the food bank. In addition, the café will host a donation station where guests can drop off non-perishable items, from canned goods to gluten-free staples.

🎶 What to Expect

  • Live Acoustic Music from 10 a.m. to noon, featuring local artists
  • Pastry Pairing Specials like cinnamon buns with chai or gluten-free scones with Earl Grey
  • Raffle Prizes donated by local businesses, including gift cards, handmade goods, and a custom coffee basket
  • Kids’ Corner with coloring pages and mini muffins—because giving back is for all ages

The local food bank has seen a sharp increase in demand over the past year, with more families relying on its services for daily meals. Every dollar raised during the event will help stock shelves, fund outreach programs, and provide fresh produce to those who need it most.

💛 How You Can Help

  • Come hungry: Every purchase helps!
  • Bring a donation: Canned beans, rice, pasta, and baby formula are especially needed.
  • Spread the word: Share the event on social media or bring a friend.

For those unable to attend in person, The Spillover will also offer a “Pay It Forward” option online, allowing customers to donate the cost of a coffee or meal directly to the food bank.

So mark your calendar, grab your favorite mug, and join us for a morning of generosity, good vibes, and even better coffee. Because when we come together, we brew something beautiful.
