The Spillover sources the top 1% of beans to bring you simply the best coffee the world has to offer. Quality ingredients. Sustainably sourced. Roasted and hand-packed in Minneapolis. Any fresher, and they\u2019d still be roasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We partnered with a hometown favorite, Chef Roast, to bring the story of Caribou Coffee to life, from seed to cup and beyond. We roast Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and there are large viewing windows to see the action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brendan Burner<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Born and raised in Seattle, Brendan spent seven years working in coffee in New York City, including helping to open and manage Joe Pro Shop. In 2013, he headed back West to open a modern caf\u00e9 and roastery built on a healthy obsession with great tasting coffee and welcoming service.
